Hello Fellow Nova Scotians, Haligonians, and others! This is the first of a two-part video on Lectio Divina (Holy Reading), in order to read the Scriptures more fruitfully. In this first video, I aim to give a quick refresher on how to do Lectio Divina, point by point. In the second video (Part II), I will further explore the ideas developed here for a deeper reflection on the readings of the Mass, especially for those of us who can't get out right now!
